rich and diverse combo gives her a creatively unique edged color palate and a horizon- wide
canvas. EMPRESS POETRY cleverly weaves language and molds character through the power of the pen. Her signature performance poetry captures the delicate intricacies of life. These natural, God-given creative abilities were evident early on in her childhood. Today, EMPRESS dynamically brings uplifting messages of self-discovery, empowerment, and healing through her God given gift of writing poetry and prose to every onstage/offstage encounter. She is an independent recording Artist and Author. She is the curator of Young Kings Young Queens Rising Youth Enrichment Initiative, The One Love Art & Culture Scholarship Awards Show, Empower You Women's Month Celebration, Stop in the Name of Love; the Anti-Domestic Violence Initiative and Co-Producer of Bajan Broughtupsy; the annual celebration of Barbados Independence in New York City. She is a former radio podcast host and a current mentor of the Brooklyn United 6AM Club.
