As I was reading through an article recently it spoke about the fact some people do not know how to say no. This yes, yes approach can negatively affect our mental health. Most aren’t taught how to nicely say no. Saying no has been associated as a negative thing. This leads us to doing and committing to things that aren’t beneficial to our mental health. Here are some nice and polite ways to say no. The next time you are asked to do something that you just know you cannot or should not be doing try one of these:
