Positive Motivating & Limiting Beliefs

Positive attitude is a state of mind that envisions and expects favorable results. The willingness to try doing new things. It is a mental attitude that sees the good and the accomplishments in your life, rather than the negative and the failures.


Motivation is the word derived from the word 'motive' which means needs, desires, wants or drives within the individuals. It is the process of stimulating people to actions to accomplish the goals. In the work goal context the psychological factors stimulating the people's behavior can be - desire for money.


A positive word can bring a character to life. To be positive and motivating takes things up a notch. It never runs out. You take the true belief of one's ability and inject this into every individual you interact with. You seek to see the best in every situation despite what the current circumstance looks like.


Designs by Tee was started with the innate belief that help comes in many forms. You can be positive and yield positive outcomes. Faith, Hope, Love is the anchor for which all human interaction derives. Irrespective of your previous experiences, you have the ability to create the life that you want. Your thoughts drive this process. You need to remove limiting beliefs. A limiting belief is a state of mind, conviction or belief that you think to be true that limits you in some way. This limiting belief could be about you, your interactions with other people, or with the world and how it works. Limiting beliefs can have a number of negative effects on you.


In order to be truly positive and motivating we must identify and work at these limiting beliefs. It is not always your fault that you have a limiting belief. However, once this limiting belief is identified you must take the necessary steps to re write this. It may be challenging but it is possible. This belief in and of itself can plummet you into positive changes.


Why do we have limiting beliefs? Lack of education, life experiences, faulty logic and fear are all reasons for having limiting beliefs. If we think others are more capable and superior then we will not challenge them. If we see them as selfish, we may not ask them to help us. I am a firm believer that everyone has the ability to reach their truest potential and the very best version of themselves.
