Self Love

Self love is all about having a high regard for one's own well-being and happiness. People often think that you are being selfish when you practice self love. This is far from the truth. An example of self love is when you have a positive view of yourself and are confident in yourself and your place in the world. When you hold yourself in high esteem, you're more likely to choose things that nurture your well-being and things that serve you well. These things may be in the form of eating healthy, exercising or having healthy relationships.

How do we practice self love?

1. Speak kind words-this practice is intended to replace all of those negative things we think about ourselves during the way.

2. Be grateful-think about your personal attributes that you’re grateful for. 3. Choose positivity- positivity is having the understanding that everything will work out the way it’s supposed to.

4. Be intentional-being intentional is noticing your thought processes, seeing how they can be improved, and then making an effort to change.


Self Acceptance is the act of accepting one's self. It is also understanding and accepting one's strengths and weaknesses. you will not be able to live an authentic life. Accepting yourself means less negative self criticism and an awareness of your true values and needs. This offers clarity and the ability to make progress.
